(For these, book separate on-site service)

How It Works:

  1. You book a session (through your account or call)

  2. At scheduled time, I send you a TeamViewer link

  3. You click the link on your computer

  4. I connect securely to your screen

  5. You see everything I do on your computer

  6. I fix the issue (with your permission)

  7. Done – Issue resolved, no additional charge

Scenario 1: Software Installation (20 minutes)

YOU WANT: Install Adobe Creative Cloud on your new laptop
TIME: Monday 10 AM, book remote session

1. I connect to your laptop

TOTAL TIME: 45 minutes

Scenario 3: Complete Computer Setup (2 hours)

YOU GOT: Brand new laptop (still in box)
YOU WANT: Everything set up and ready to use

WHAT HAPPENS:
1. I connect to new laptop
2. I run Windows updates
3. I install Device Care antivirus
4. I install your software (Office, Chrome, etc.)
5. I import your settings from backup
6. I set up email accounts
7. I set up printer on network
8. I test everything works
9. Done! New laptop ready.

TOTAL TIME: 2 hours
COST: €0 (included in €39/month)

Scenario 4: Ongoing Troubleshooting (3 sessions/month, 2 hours total)
