Q: What if a component is broken?
A: We identify it during pre-build inspection. We don't assemble broken parts. You can RMA (return) the part to manufacturer while we hold the others.
Q: How long does assembly take?
A: 4-5 hours total (from arrival to testing). We can do it within 24 hours in most cases.
Q: What if it doesn't boot?
A: We troubleshoot at no extra cost. We find the issue and fix it. Common issues: RAM not fully seated, BIOS update needed, or component incompatibility (discovered during pre-build check).
Q: Do I need to bring my monitor/keyboard/mouse?
A: No. We test with our own display and peripherals. You use yours at home.
Q: Can you source the parts for me?
A: Yes. We can recommend and order parts matching your budget.
Q: Is there a warranty on your assembly?
A: Yes. 12 months warranty on workmanship. If a cable comes loose or thermal paste fails, we fix it free.
